We use special, commercial equipment that uses a tiny amount of water and non-harsh solutions. After it cleans the floor, it collects back any excessive dirty water. We're called the Balcony Cleaners for a reason - This is what we do for a living.

How much does balcony cleaning cost?

Our services have been bundled together into one great balcony detailing package so you can save and have peace of mind. Prices start at $145 and go up depending on square footage. If you were to approach a window washing company to wash your windows, that alone would cost you a minimum of $225.

What does the balcony cleaning package include?

Our balcony cleaning package includes: Washing of glass windows and doors, sills, screen doors, railing, cleaning and sanitizing of Floor, we even wipe down any furniture you might have on your balcony.

How do you clean balconies? My condo board does not allow for water going onto my neighbours' balconies.

We use special floor machines that work great on all hard surfaces. They use a little bit of warm water and solution and after the brushes go over, a squeegee and vacuum collects all excess water back.

I have booked a balcony cleaning. Do I have to do anything in preparation?

Great, thank you for booking a balcony cleaning with us. You do not have to do anything in preparation. Do not move your furniture, we will take care of everything.

I want to make changes/cancel my appointment. How can I do it?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your balcony cleaning, please contact us at info@balconycleaners.com. Unfortunately, we do have to charge a $50 fee for cancellations less than 24 hours before the actual cleaning.

What is Balcony SpiderProofing?

SpiderProofing is an optional service we offer to our customers. If your balcony is having spider issues, we will spray it with a special solution that not only kills spiders on contact, it also leaves a residue that repeals spiders for up to 2 months.We guarantee the results for at least 1 month; If the spiders come back, we will return and respray.

What solutions do you use? Are they harsh/harmful?

We only use solutions that meet the U.S. EPA Safer Product Standards.
